December has to have the highest concentration of holidays in the fewest number of days. I mean… Hanuka, Christmas, Kwanza, New Year’s Eve, Boxing Day, and of course my birthday, which happens to coincide with New Year’s eve. That’s a lot of holidays! So I’m posting this ahead of time since I will probably be consumed with festivities on December 31st as I’m sure many of you will as well. Marc Ustari Remixes Data’s "Rapture"

This mix was a pleasant surprise to find in my inbox the other day. I enjoyed the original Rapture mix and the Edwin Van Cleef versions very much and I even mentioned this mix in that post and now I have it to share with all of you. Marc Ustari is an up and coming DJ out of the UK. Fans of Justice, Daft Punk, and electronic music in general will find something to like here. Floor Filling Dance secret weapon? I think so.

Edwin Van Cleef Remixes Data’s Rapture (ft. Sebastien Grainger)

Edwin Van Cleef has remixed the newest single from the up and coming French producer Data, “Rapture”. The song features Sebastien Grainger from Death From Above 1979 and some sublime retro synths and guitar work and if it’s possible, Van Cleef has injected the song with even more ideal 80′s nostalgia.
