stellastarr* have released their new song Freak Out, from their forthcoming album Civilized set for release on July 7th, for free over at their Purevolume page. The track is a moody melodic number that brings the urgency of their first self titled release as well as the textured atmosphere of their sophomore release Harmonies for the Haunted.
Additionally, if you order the album ahead of time here, you will get special packaging, a t-shirt and a poster. Gotta love the extra goodies.
